Marissa Shapiro, a nurse,  from Albuquerque, NM, learned Spanish in Guatemala  for four weeks at www.cx.edu.gt Spanish school in the summer of 2022. In  this interview, she stated,  “the one-on-one instruction format is better than any other format:. She lived with a local family, she hiked volcanoes and she participated in several social and cultural activities in Xela, Quetzaltenango.
